This User Agreement defines the standardized usage rules, service scope, user responsibilities, and usage specifications for the Feluo application. Feluo is an elegant AI-powered dynamic video creation tool that helps users convert ordinary static photos into smooth, vivid, and atmospheric dynamic videos with simple operations. Users can upload various personal photos and freely customize multiple creative parameters, including motion speed, camera movement, light atmosphere effects, and video playback duration. Equipped with diverse trendy visual styles and an intuitive operation interface, Feluo enables users to create high-quality daily recording clips, atmospheric visual works, and social media short videos without professional editing skills. All image analysis, AI rendering and video synthesis processes are completed locally on users' personal devices to ensure creative security and privacy. Feluo also supports high-definition video export and one-click social platform sharing to meet diversified personal creative needs.Feluo does not require any account registration, login verification, or personal identity binding of any kind. Feluo exclusively adopts self-developed Feluo AI creative and rendering services throughout all functional links, without invoking, accessing, or relying on any third-party AI algorithms, third-party rendering engines, external technical services, or third-party cloud computing resources. Feluo never uploads, transmits, synchronizes, shares, or forwards user uploaded photos, creative parameters, temporary rendering files, and final generated works to any third-party platforms, service providers, or external servers under any circumstances. Feluo strictly implements a permanent zero-collection policy for user facial information and biometric data, and will never collect, scan, detect, analyze, record, or store user facial features, facial biometric characteristics, portrait recognition data, selfies, facial template information, or any form of personal biometric identifiers. By downloading, installing and using Feluo and all its functional services, you fully confirm that you have completely read, understood and voluntarily accepted all terms of this User Agreement. If you do not agree with any of the terms below, you must immediately stop using the application and all related services.
Feluo is only open and available for users aged eighteen years old and above. All users who access, install and use the application's creative functions and services must reach the legal age of majority in their respective regions. Minors are strictly prohibited from downloading, installing and using Feluo. The application does not provide any service support for minor users, and we will permanently restrict device access once underage usage is identified. All creative behaviors, operation records and usage responsibilities generated during the use of the application shall be independently borne by adult users themselves.
We grant users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable personal usage license to download, install and use Feluo on personal mobile devices for individual non-commercial creative purposes. All intellectual property rights of Feluo are fully owned by the official team, including but not limited to self-developed AI rendering engine, internal visual style resources, program code, functional logic and product iteration achievements.
Users are prohibited from cracking, reverse engineering, disassembling, modifying, copying, renting, selling and commercially exploiting the application and its internal resources. Users shall not use third-party plug-ins, auxiliary tools or malicious programs to interfere with the normal operation of Feluo or tamper with core functional logic.All service operations rely entirely on independent self-developed Feluo AI services without any third-party technical participation and external data intervention, and any unauthorized abnormal usage will exceed the permitted service scope.
All core creative processing procedures of Feluo are completed independently on the user's local device.All image optimization, dynamic motion calculation, light and shadow atmosphere rendering and video synthesis processes are supported exclusively by self-developed Feluo AI services, without invoking any third-party algorithms, external computing resources and third-party data processing tools, and no user creative content and private data will be transmitted to any third-party institutions and platforms. Users can independently upload photos, adjust creative parameters and select visual styles according to personal aesthetic preferences to complete personalized dynamic video creation.
Users are fully responsible for all uploaded materials, parameter settings and final generated creative works during the use of the application. You shall use Feluo in a standardized, legal and positive manner.Throughout all creative processes, Feluo strictly does not collect, scan, analyze or store any user facial information, facial biometric features and portrait biometric data. The self-developed AI only performs overall visual style rendering and dynamic effect optimization on the entire image, without any facial feature extraction, biometric identification and facial data storage behaviors, fully protecting users' portrait privacy and biological information security.
Users must strictly abide by public order and usage norms when using Feluo for creative creation. Users are strictly prohibited from uploading, generating, editing, saving, exporting and sharing any pornographic, vulgar, obscene, violent, bloody, terrorist, illegal and socially inappropriate harmful content. Prohibited content also includes content that infringes the portrait rights, privacy rights, copyrights and intellectual property rights of any third party, false misleading information and content that violates public order and good customs.
Users shall only upload original photos that they own or have obtained complete legal authorization to use. All legal liabilities and disputes arising from unauthorized material uploading and illegal content creation shall be independently borne by users. Users are forbidden to use Feluo for commercial resale, paid creation, illegal profit and other improper commercial behaviors. AlthoughFeluo does not actively monitor users' local creative content and never transmits any user private data to third-party services, we reserve the right to permanently terminate user usage qualifications and restrict device access once any prohibited behaviors are confirmed.
All static photos uploaded by users and all AI-generated dynamic video works are fully and exclusively owned by the users themselves. Feluo does not obtain any ownership, usage right, dissemination right, commercial authorization right and derivative right of users' personal creative content.We never use users' uploaded photos and generated video works for AI algorithm training, technical iteration, commercial promotion, public display and data analysis, and never transmit user creative content to any third-party institutions and platforms.
Users have complete independent control over all local creative works. You can freely preview, save, export, delete, sort and share creative content through the application's built-in functions. All content generation and processing behaviors are completed locally on personal devices. The one-click social sharing function is independently operated by users. After sharing works to third-party platforms, the privacy and content management rules of the corresponding platforms shall apply, and we will not participate in any third-party data collection and processing behaviors.
We reserve the right to carry out regular version updates, AI algorithm optimization, functional iteration, bug fixes and user experience optimization for Feluo. Updated content may include visual style iteration, rendering effect upgrade, parameter function optimization and system performance improvement. After the application is updated, the latest functions and service rules will take effect automatically, and users' continued use of the application will be deemed as acceptance of the updated services.
Normal service optimization and function adjustment will not affect users' normal use of core creative functions.All product updates and service adjustments will never change our core privacy protection commitments, including independent operation of self-developed AI services, zero third-party data transmission, and zero collection of user facial and biometric information.
